Lost Property

If you think you may have left an item on one of our buses please telephone our Depot on 01446 773333 as soon as possible and we will do our best to locate it and arrange for its return. You may have to come to our Depot to collect it.


Please ensure where possible that children's items are marked with their name (and school) and take particular care with valuable items. Whilst we do our best to return lost property we cannot guarantee that it will be found and so we cannot be held responsible for its loss.


Please note that we can store lost property for one month only, perishable items will be disposed of immediately. A fee of £2 is charged for property returned.
